As a specialist consultant, mentor and facilitator, working with some of the most significant and influential families in the world, Alex has spent more than a decade dedicated to working with family businesses, family offices and wealthy families, supporting them through generational change.
Her background as a chartered accountant, coupled with her Masters in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, enables her to navigate both the commercial and personal priorities that are important to her family clients.
Appreciating both the big picture and the fine detail, in addition to the practical impact on the operations of a family and enterprise, Alex is widely regarded as a leading global expert on family governance matters.
As a sought-after speaker and teacher, recent engagements have included guest lectures at Imperial College and Cambridge University.
Previously Partner and Head of UK Family Enterprise Consulting for Deloitte LLP, Alex is now focused, through her own firm, Kinestra Partners LLP, on personally working with a select group of global family clients, helping them navigate change in pursuit of sustainability and success.
